About Ryan Hiatt:

I've worked with Tricom before and now with Ryan and have been pleased to do so both times. Everyone I've worked with is professional, follows up in a timely manner and makes sure I'm well prepared to interview with the client. Would recommend Ryan and Tricom to anyone looking for the type of work they specialize in.

About Jim Erhard:

He was first of all recommended to me and I see why. Upon our first conversation he gave me a couple actionable recommendations to help better guide my job search in a more appropriate direction. He has been timely in his communication and has even taken time to provide me an update that there was no current update from the client. With most recruiters I have spoken to they are silent only until there is an update. Jim makes it a point to stay in touch throughout the entire process! He is one of the best I have worked with and anyone looking for a job should work with him!

About Ryan Osborn:

I appreciate the ongoing follow ups Ryan does with me. In most cases, he is interested on knowing how I'm doing and to let me know no opportunities are avaiable. He is also extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls. Overall, Ryan is an EXCEPTIONAL person.

About Ryan Hiatt:

Talking with Ryan on the first phone call was encouraging. He has a cheerful, calming demeanor which I found comforting and reassuring in the climate of searching for a job. Ryan is upbeat, gets to the point, and the conversation put me at ease.
