About Jim Erhard:

He has always had my best interest and has provided feedback on assessments and the job market itself. He understood I have been out of the job market for years and really laid everything out on the table.

About Ryan Osborn:

Ryan provided a clear concise description of the job requirements, asked precise questions pertaining to my expertise for the client. He was very considerate of my needs and made sure that I was ok with the prospect he was offering before going forward with approaching his account manager and the client. He also provided guidance on questions that I had and made it his responsibility to find those answers before my potential interview so that it wasn't a road block. Would recommend Ryan and Tricom any time.

About Ryan Hiatt:

Ryan is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I have very limited interview experience which made me incredibly nervous during our interview. Ryan understood and did everything possible to help me feel more at ease. I am very confident having Ryan represent me in my job search.
