I had a great call with Jim. Its a crazy job market unlike what I'm accustomed to and its nice to have the counseling of a seasoned veteran like Jim to help me navigate it. He took the time to get to know my situation and what I might be looking for instead of just directing me to a convenient opening or speaking in generalizations.
