About Brian Hodge:

I am looking for an opportunity to help keep organizations secure in the face of new risks and Brian contacted me about an opportunity that would allow me to do such. I had an initial interview with Brian and one of the things I appreciated the most was that Brian was sincere when telling me what I can and cannot bring to the organization instead of just saying, "we will get back to you" and not letting me know if I am a real candidate and I am being considered to the position. I've dealt with a number of recruiters and most of them already know right after the interview that I am or not a good fit for the position, yet they leave me wondering, "am I being considered, should I continue pursuing other opportunities?" Congratulations, Brian. I appreciate your honesty. Keep up the good work.

About Jim Erhard:

For the three occasions that I had the pleasure to interact and even talked to him via Zoom call, he seems a pretty well rounded and knowledgeable guy. Even though he might not know the specifics and technicalities of the type of job that I do, he was able to figure out a lot of it on his own, and was willing to learn even more with the type of questions that he asked. He went above and beyond trying to provide as much details of the job opportunity and the employer/client. I can truly say that I trust him to be a well qualified and rounded Talent Recruiter.
