Because of this experience, Eric is able to guide and act as an advisor to his healthcare travelers. Eric has 10+ years of sales experience prior to entering the healthcare staffing industry. He has been able to take his knowledge and expertise from a customer service perspective and translate it to his current role.
For Eric, recruiting isn’t just about finding assignments for travelers, it’s about building a trustworthy relationship and being able to help his travelers make the best decisions for their careers. Eric takes the time to figure out what is motivating people to travel and what their end goals are, then he finds assignments to fit their needs.
