Sara Matthews

Since January 2023, Sara Matthews has been an incredible member of the Travel Nurses, Inc. team. Prior to joining our team, Sara was a teacher for four years in middle Tennessee. When the opportunity presented itself to join our agency, Sara decided to make the transition away from teaching and into the healthcare industry. Now, Sara is excited to be your recruiter.

Sara knows the significance of a strong patient care team, and the key to this starts with an agency and a recruiter that supports you! She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!)
She received her master’s degree in special education from Lipscomb University.
She was born and raised in middle Tennessee
She and her husband welcomed their first child in February of 2024
She has a hound named Stella
