About Suzanne Farrington:

When I first started the process looking for my first travel assignment, I talked to many different recruiters across multiple companies. Suzanne was the first person to truly engage with me and follow up on our conversation. I’m now going into my 4th assignment with Suzanne and TNAA, and I have no intention of changing anything any time soon :)

Working with Suzanne has been great! As a new travel nurse, I did not know what to expect and how to prepare. But Suzanne greatly helped me to get the assignment of my preferences and walked me through every single step! She was always patient with me and checking in on me regularly. I’ve been working with Donna for several years and I absolutely adore her! She is personable and excellent at her job. She pays attention to the things I tell her and never pushes me to take assignments I’m not interested in. She always seems to know exactly what I’m looking for. I feel like she is always honest with me and I trust her opinion. She checks in on me just the right amount to show consideration without being overbearing. Donna is extremely responsive and respects my time constraints. She's right to the point and task oriented when I need her to be, and supportive and available when I just need talk. Donna gets things done, from payroll to assignments. If she can't help me directly, she will quickly find someone who can. Sometimes I want a very specific assignment, and she will work to find me the perfect match. I trust Donna, she's honest and transparent. She tells me how it is, doesn't try to sell me, or talk me into, something I'm not comfortable with.
