In the short time we’ve been working together, I feel like Melinda understands what I’m looking for out of this experience and is very knowledgeable about how to balance my wants/desires with my needs. She is an extremely kind, attentive recruiter and mentor with a lot of patience when working with first time travelers, like myself. Melinda was charming and very knowledgeable in her field. Melinda was very up front about my work possibilities and worked to find me a job. Melinda explained the process to me which I was very grateful for as this was my first time to seek out travel work. I felt very comfortable with Melinda and felt within a very short period we had shared a work connection. I hope to pursue travel nursing again in the near future when this craziness settles down and I would definitely seek out Melinda.
