About Melinda McEwen:

Melinda has always had my best interest as her number one priority. She is knowledgeable when it comes to how hospitals work, and the needs of her nurses. She will go to battle for her nurses if needed. I can always trust that she will be honest with me and be an ear to listen when I need to talk about work or just life in general. I do not feel like a number with her. At times she may seem like she is being pulled in 1000 different directions, but when I truly need her time she somehow finds it and works her magic. I have done 2 assignments with her as my recruiter so far and know I will do more! Melinda is definitely a force and I am so blessed to have her behind me!

Melinda listened to me, found a job in the region I wanted, the job is paying in the range I wanted. Starting it in 3 weeks! Melinda also helped me on her off time. I am a night shift RN. Many recruiters wont work week ends!
