Let me start by saying that Melinda was great from our very first conversation. She listened to my needs, found out exactly what I was looking for and came up with a plan. To be honest I was working with two other recruiters prior to speaking to her, but knew that she was the one that would meet me needs, so I stopped conversations with the others and continued along with Melinda and boy was I right. I was able to land a contract that checked almost 100% of my boxes! She worked hard for me until we found the perfect match. I got the offer accepted and am now just waiting for 11/8, my 1st day if all goes well. I can only hope that this is a lasting nurse/recruiter relationship with many more contracts to come in the future.

I started talking with Melinda an entire year before I was able to start traveling. She never pushed me or made me feel I had to start traveling before it was "my time". She's always quick to respond, and has gotten to know me, the me that's not only nursing but the day to day Ashley. She's been so supportive during some of my darkest nursing days, and been there for my highs. She is more than a recruiter at this point, she's become a good friend. I'm so very blessed beyond words to have been paired with her! She's going to always be my recruiter!!!
