About Jonathan Dotson:

The difference between Mr. Jonathan and my previous travel recruiter (different agency) has been night and day! Mr. Jonathan always makes first contact, he is upbeat, friendly, yet very professional when chatting either online, text, or by phone. Mr. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about different hospitals and transparent when I ask his opinion. This is the first recruiter that I worked for that I didn't have to find my own job! Not only that, when I was looking to switch companies, before I had my first offer, I had disclosed to Mr. Jonathan that I was having foot and ankle surgery. My other recruiter knew as well. However, it was Mr. Jonathan, and him alone, that reached out to me during my immediate and in the weeks that followed, my surgery. My other recruiter never inquired or remembered to ask. I know Mr. Jonathan cares and I have been sending people his way ever since. THANK YOU for making me feel important and valuable.

Jonathan is friendly, professional, and very responsive whenever I reach out with questions. I am a first-time travel RN and felt he did an excellent job walking me through each step in great detail. I feel like he really listened to what I was looking for in an assignment and helped guide me towards or away from contracts that either did or did not fit my criteria. Jonathan is a wonderful person and helped so much along the way. He was patient and answered any questions I had as I am a first time traveler. He went above and beyond even when I had only been considering traveling and not necessarily invested yet. He’s always on top of things and always got back to me in a timely manner. I feel extremely lucky that Jonathan responded to my Vivian request. As a first time traveler, I inquired with several different recruiters at the beginning of my search. Each of them assured me they'd find me a contract despite my lack of experience (1 year 4 months). Within a week I realized that Jonathan was a cut above the rest. He remained patient when I took a ridiculously long time to fill out the checklists. Once completed, he moved quickly to find potential contracts. He was honest about what to expect during the process and showcased impressive industry knowledge when answering my questions. I hope this is the first of many contracts Jonathan helps me secure. I plan to fill contracts exclusively with TNAA if Jonathan remains my point of contact. This man is the Tom Callahan of medical recruiters, as he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves.
