I have been in the management and customer service industry over 10 years. I'm able to connect with nurses and help choose the best assignments as my wife is a NICU nurse. This has been able to give me insight into the industry allowing me to give the best to my travelers. I get to see first hand how hard nurses work and how much love and care they give to their patients and their families which is why I personally love being able to work with them. I want to be able to make a difference in their lives all while they are making differences in their patient's lives.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two twins boys and getting out as much as we can!

About Jonathan Dotson:

Jonathan is one of the best recruiters I’ve worked with in my 2.5 years of traveling. He checks in every week just to make sure you’re doing okay and is prompt with responses to any needs, most of the time answering the phone on the first call. If he doesn’t know the answer, he will find it and get back with you that day. He’s quick on the draw to submit you to new positions and seems to truly care about his nurses and what’s happening in their lives and on contract. I just left travel nursing to take a staff job at home, but if I ever decide to travel again, he will be my first call.
