Recruiting gives me the unique opportunity to help change lives and make dreams come true for my travelers. I am helping nurses find their perfect travel experience and they are saving lives...one at a time. It is so rewarding and let's me put my energy into being a positive influence.

I love spending time with my family. My grandchildren are my greatest blessings. I love all things sports related. Bring on football, baseball and rodeos! I also have the sweetest Lab puppy named Bristol.

Cyndi is the only recruiter I have ever spoken to for a number of reasons! She’s really respectful of my time and space and has been from the very beginning! A lot of recruiters will bombard and blow up your phone to contact you at the beginning to get you to sign on with them, whereas Cyndi contacted me once when I wasn’t actively ready to start traveling and once when she knew I was ready and actively looking to start traveling which I respected right off the bat. I am also part of a travel pair and she does really well in openly communicating with both of us and keeping us in the loop with plans and strategies to get us assignments together. She is also all around just a great person to chat with.
