About Michelle Swann:

Michelle is a new recruiter for me and my travel partner. We had just accepted an assignment with TNAA when she took us on. From the moment onboarding began, it was a rollercoaster. Michelle kept us informed with every detail of what was wrong and what was happening to fix it. She communicated perfectly with us and for us. She vouched for us. She understood our frustration and was frustrated for us.
