Ashley is always keeping in touch with us whether it’s just an update about being out of the office or even just to check in and ask how we are doing. When she does have to be out of the office she makes sure we know who to reach if we have a need. Ashley has been great from when she first called to introduce herself. She listens to what I’m looking for and offers great advice based on her experience. She also checks in regularly during my assignments to make sure everything is going well. I also love that she shares a little about her family and inquires about my own life. It’s nice to know a little about who I’m working with.

This is my second assignment with Ashley as my recruiter and I can only say positive things about her and how she does her job. She treats me like I am a family and will follow up with me from time to time. She is very responsive and dedicated to giving the assignment that will fit a traveler. Best recruiter ever, I have worked with over a dozen agencies, and by far TNAA is the best. TNAA hires talented recruiters, who gets to know you as a person not just a number. About Ashley Hazen:

Ashley has been very quick with assisting me with a transition from my most recent contract to my first contract with TNAA and doing it in a quick time period. Ashley seems to not only be knowledgeable but genuinely care in regards to those she is speaking with- when she calls me or when she answers when I call she is immediately familiar with myself and my family as well as what my "needs" are. This has been an unusual finding in the healthcare world- even in a local/non traveling assignment I am not sure the CNO could have been able to explain what I was doing in our hospital or what I would like to further my career in. Thank you Ashley for all of your assistance recently, it is appreciated more than you know!
