I live smack dab in the middle of the USA in a placed called Iowa where there's a little thing called "Iowa Nice" that we all live by and I like to think I incorporate that directly into the way I work with my nurses. I've been recruiting travel nurses for 10 years, placing over 700 nurses on hundreds of dream assignments. I've been a part of love stories, student loan pay offs, new cars, babies, vacations of a life time, new houses, break ups, you know it.. I've been there for it. I love helping nurses start new chapters, pad their bank accounts, experience the US, grow their skillsets and most importantly...save lives.

Why I love to recruit
As the daughter of a cancer survivor, my heart is with my nurses every step of the way, as I've seen just how much hard work goes into every single 12 hour shift. I've seen the code browns first hand, and I'll be the first to say that at the end of the day, there's no better feeling than being taken care of by a great recruiter and great agency after you've taken care of everyone else.

When I'm not working I like to
have tea parties with my 7 year old, play baseball with my 4 year old, wrangle our animals, listen to True Crime Podcasts, watch football, have patio drinks, jam out to 90's hiphop

Ashley is always keeping in touch with us whether it’s just an update about being out of the office or even just to check in and ask how we are doing. When she does have to be out of the office she makes sure we know who to reach if we have a need. Ashley has been great from when she first called to introduce herself. She listens to what I’m looking for and offers great advice based on her experience. She also checks in regularly during my assignments to make sure everything is going well. I also love that she shares a little about her family and inquires about my own life. It’s nice to know a little about who I’m working with.
