I live smack dab in the middle of the USA in a placed called Iowa where there's a little thing called "Iowa Nice" that we all live by, and I like to think I incorporate that directly into the way I work with my nurses. I've been recruiting travel nurses for 11 years, placing over 700 nurses on hundreds of dream assignments. I've been a part of love stories, student loan pay offs, new cars, babies, vacations of a lifetime, new houses, break ups, you know it.. I've been there for it. I love helping nurses start new chapters, pad their bank accounts, experience the US, grow their skillsets and most importantly...save lives.

Why I love to recruit
As the daughter of a cancer survivor, my heart is with my nurses every step of the way, as I've seen just how much hard work goes into every single 12-hour shift. I've seen the code browns firsthand, and I'll be the first to say that at the end of the day, there's no better feeling than being taken care of by a great recruiter and great agency after you've taken care of everyone else.

When I'm not working I like to
do all thing kid's sports: coach softball & volleyball for my 9 year old, pack all of the snacks for wrestling weekends for my 5 year old, listen to true crime podcasts, play fetch with my 1 yr old German Shepherd and dilly dally.
