Nichole has been so professional and helpful from the moment I started with TNAA. About Nichole Baldwin:

Nichole was my first and still is the only recruiter I’ve worked with. She is super knowledgeable on the industry and has been able to answer every question I’ve had along the way. Every assignment I’ve taken the past two years have been booked with her. She puts her nurses before the contract and takes time to make sure each of your contracts line up with your goals and expectations for each assignment. I would recommend her to any nurse interested In traveling or looking for a recruiter that has your best interest in mind

She has so much experience and is the most efficient recruiter when it comes to getting things done and getting you the right contract. I highly recommend her especially if you are new to travel. Nichole is more like a good friend or family. She’s available by text or phone call and I always feel like I’m her top priority. Travel nursing comes with a lot of unknowns and bumps in the road, but I know that I’m always supported. Nichole is my biggest cheerleader! Any traveler would be blessed to have her in their corner.
