Donna holds a massive source of information in that brain! She has been nothing but understanding, flexible, transparent and a bundle of knowledge to me. She's always smiling through the phone no matter how much of a crap day I can't imagine she's having. Most of all she's straight forward; good news, bad news... she'll give it to you straight, and that's what the world needs more of.
