Since 2020 I have taken several jobs with Tyler and TNNA. I would like to have used him ALL the time but sometimes that did not work out. Whenever I had to work with another agency, Tyler still kept in touch with me and I felt comfortable that there were no hard feelings. He listens to my needs, wants, and RANTS! I know this is his job but he treats me as an individual and I feel he does care.
