Tyler has always been about fulfilling my needs and wants in finding assignments that align with the goals I set for myself as a traveling nurse. He is prompt, dependable, abs if he does not know the answer to my questions, he works to find the answer and is also diligent in following up with me. Then, there are the personal touches, like remembering the day my husband died and just calling to check up on me that shows how much he cares for the human beings he represents and works so hard for. I feel very fortunate to have Tyler replace my first recruiter after she passed away. I know I’m in good hands with Tyler!

Tyler has been great. As a new traveler, firstly, he helped me to have a successful interview by giving me tips. He provides constructive feedback. When I was ill, he took personal interest in my health and helped me to make alternate arrangements. Tyler is a certified suicide prevention specialist, and when I was in a dark moment, he personally counselled me. He offers assignments at travel friendly places. He follows up immediately with job offers. My new experience as a traveler has been seasoned to excellence because of Tyler's professional and kind nature. He even provided Christmas presents for my children! I highly recommend cvicu, ICU and any other specialty nurses to sign on with Tyler west. No need for me to look for another company. Tyler has helped me be loyal to TNAA!
