About Jordan Dial:

Jordan has continued to keep open communication over the last couple years, even when I was with a different company. He also maintains excellent communication while on assignment and if/when any questions or concerns come up. I also appreciate his support and confidence in me and my choice to switch specialties.

Jordan has been amazing to work with. As a new traveler, I was not sure about anything, Jordan walked me through every step and made sure I understood and was comfortable with the whole process. He checks in regularly, even while on assignment, to make sure I have everything I need. Managers from the hospital have told me his packet and presentation of my resume is what put me at the top of the interview list. He takes the time to get to know what you want and need, then makes sure you get it all. In talking with other traveler's, he has given me advice, assistance, and stays connected more than any of their recruiters. I know TNAA was the right choice, but Jordan has made it an amazing experience.

He answers all questions in a timely manner, he gives transparent feedback, and works diligently to find a contract that best suits your needs. He regularly checks in with you just to see how you are doing and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. He is knowledgeable about the industry and overall extremely personable. Jordan has made my transition to travel nursing a smooth one and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to take the leap into this booming industry.
