Suzanne has been extremely helpful, encouraging, and forthcoming since the first time we talked. She’s taken time to get to know me and what my goals are, has addressed the many concerns I’ve had as a first time traveler and has been so supportive every step of the way. She checks in with me frequently just to see how I’m doing or if I need anything. I know that I can reach out to her about anything and can always count on her. She has reached out to other members of my TNAA team on my behalf or has gotten me in touch with the right person if I have a particular question or issue. Nick has been nothing short of amazing! I was referred to him by a coworker, and she was not wrong, by how great he has been to work with!! This is my first travel assignment, and he made me feel so comfortable making this change!
