I've spent my career in the healthcare industry, primarily as a registered dental hygienist. My sister is a nurse, so I understand the complexities and rewards of patient care. I obtained a Healthcare Executive MBA and chose to work at TNAA because it is a quality-based, ethical, and transparent company that I can partner with to help others explore the country while growing in their experiences personally and professionally. This has been a wonderful second career, and my nurses are so loyal. My favorite fun thing in the past 5 years of recruiting has been to randomly visit some of my travelers while they were on an assignment, coast to coast. I'm a traveling recruiter extraordinaire!
