About Nichole Baldwin:

Nichole is literally everything you hope for and want in a recruiter. I’ve had her as my recruiter for a couple years and she has always made me feel heard and supported. I’ve spoken to countless other agencies over the years and it felt like I was speaking to used car salespeople. I’m a person, and a person who worked so incredibly hard for my degree and my license. Too hard to feel like I’m just a metric to be chased and no longer important when I’m done being the shiny new number for the week or the month. One conversation is all it takes to know that Nichole genuinely cares about and values her nurses. She has gone above and beyond for me, even when I didn’t think I deserved it. About Desiree Anderson:

Desiree is the best recruiter! I truly appreciate how she checks in with me every week, not only about how my assignment is going, but also to see how I'm doing and feeling while being away from home. Desiree is incredibly considerate and supportive; I feel like I can talk to her about anything.
