Having someone in your corner who understands what you do—even if they don’t work in the field themselves—makes all the difference. About Kristen Jackson:

Kristen has been doing a lot of leg work on our last couple contracts and we so appreciate it! She answers our questions in a timely manner, and if she can’t (since she’s in the PST zone), her assistants are quick to respond to submit us to jobs we ask to be submitted to.
