I have worked with a few recruiters and no one compares to Amanda. She is prompt, responsive, full of knowledge, and most importantly truly cares. As a nurse she understands that we also like to be cared for as we care for our patients. She takes time to truly get to know the individuals needs on a holistic level. Even if you do not have any contracts currently she still stays in touch which means a lot. I hope to work with her in the future.

About Amanda McCartney:

She's extremely attentive to what you're looking to experience as traveler and she's very open with you about her experience with healthcare systems to make sure that you're not getting into a situation you may not want to be in. I never felt pressured or like I didn't have the freedom to do what I wanted to do. Any time anyone talks about issues with their recruiters, I can never join in on the conversation because there's nothing negative about working with Amanda or her team. I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren’t for her, and for that, I'm forever grateful.
