About Alexandria Turpin:

From the beginning to the end, she was well versed in her role & knowledgeable about the position I was going in for. If I asked questions & she didn't know the exact answer right then & there, she found it for me in a very timely fashion. She was open & understanding. She is the best recruiter I've had & I was with 2 other agencies besides Total Med. The 7months I've been with this agency have been so easy going & carefree. There were no oopsies or mishaps. She even saw that my contract had been missing my raise after i reassigned my extension & she got my retro pay right away. I've sent other people to her as well because I know that she wants to work for both of our best interest & that's rare with recruiters. She deserves a raise!

I’ve been with Sophia for over 3 years and she has made my travel experience amazing. She replies to my texts almost instantly and always has a solution for any issue that comes up. About Ryan Lewandowski:

Ryan became my recruiter halfway through my placement and the transition was great. He answered all and any questions I had. If he didn't know, he found someone who did and got back to me ASAP. I felt like he was in my corner and went to bat for me, especially when the hospital wanted to cut my pay way down after a renewal, especially since they requested that I do. Ryan has a personable touch that I needed and appreciated throughout my placement and most certainly when I had a death in the family. I would recommend him 10/10 as a recruiter for any nurse with or wanting to join your company. The original CNO with the facility, when I started, made me feel very uncomfortable. Ryan was right there listening with concern and came up with a game plan to handle further interactions. If I return to travel nursing I would hope that I could have him as my recruiter again! Thank you Ryan for all the hard work you put into my experience with TotalMed!

She's very understanding and thoughtful. I was cancelled very suddenly on a contract and didn't take it very well because of the struggle with being so far away from home. She was very understanding and was very compassionate to listen.
