About Josie Skalla:

I've been working with Josie for approximately 2 years now. She's helped me secure several contracts in my desired locations and always kept me in the loop in between contracts, while waiting for the perfect one to come around. She's diligent, responsive, supportive, and thorough. She always follows up making sure I have everything I need before I start any contract. And reaches out to me just to see how I'm doing. She always reminds me to submit my timecard and ensures I get paid correctly. Anytime I reach out to her she is right there with whatever I need. She sent me welcome gifts when I started my first contract with her. She even announced my Daisy award on the website and sent me gifts for the accomplishment! I highly recommend her and feel like we have a bond stronger than just recruiter and client. I feel comfortable sharing personal details with her and she's always receptive to my needs. Mallorie is top tier out of every recruiter with TotalMed. She checks on you when you’re sick or need small things. She ensures that you have all the information before starting assignment and follows up after you are on assignment to make sure you’re okay. I have not heard one bad thing about her and I’ve been on 2 contracts with her in Hawaii. Would absolutely recommend her to all my friends and family who are travel nurses and CNA’s because you’re more than just another body. You’re a human and she understands this so much.
