Jessica had been in touch for well over a year prior to my first contract with Total Med. She was an active part in each of my contract searches, until we finally clicked on one together. She frequently checked in to see how the facility was and how my experience was going. Even after I started my new contract, she was continuing to check in to see how I was doing.
