About Hailey Jeglum:

She is super responsive, even when its a weekend and not important. She always takes the time to respond, check in, and never makes me feel rushed or like I'm burdening her.

About Becca Glisczinski:

Becca is genuine and thorough. She communicates all along the way and has stayed in contact with me on this assignment, that isn't with TotalMed...even giving suggestions of things to do in the area! I will work with her again in the future for sure!

About Reece Zoelle:

I don’t know if it’s totalmed or the organization I will be working with, but for the Compliance quizzes and exams using AMN its was not very self-explanatory on what to do. The test would not show up, or were not easy to find. Having to do the pre-orientation kind of stuff at home is not I ideal. One, the clinician should be getting paid for this “at home pre-work”, second there is no clear instruction just links forward and no guidance on what or where to click. This having to text back and for with the compliance lady, her paging IT and not having it resolved is a lot of waisted time for the clinician.
