I’ve always been drawn to people and genuine connections. I stepped into my first management role at 20, hiring and leading teams while discovering how much I enjoyed helping others grow. After that, I spent four years in sales, which strengthened my communication skills and deepened my passion for building relationships.

I then spent two years as a technical recruiter, partnering with companies on the Forbes Top 100 list — an experience that taught me the value of matching the right person to the right environment.

Eventually, I realized I wanted to be somewhere I could make a real impact on people’s lives, which led me to healthcare recruiting. Supporting you - nurses and helping you find opportunities that truly align with your goals is part of my job I’m most proud of.

I’m passionate about guiding nurses toward the jobs that truly feel like home. Hearing their travel stories, their triumphs, and even their crazy shift moments is my favorite part of what I do. I’m a people-lover through and through, and this career lets me connect with incredible healthcare professionals across the country every single day. Building real relationships and watching nurses grow in their journeys is what makes this role so meaningful to me.

Outside of recruiting, I’m an avid sport motorcycle rider and absolutely love spending time outdoors with my huskies. Whether we’re at the park or out on a scenic hike, that’s my happy place.
