In between a couple of contracts, I feel like I had to chase Stacy around to get another contract so that's been frustrating but Stacy is always easy to get ahold of & answers my questions or researches the answers for me.
TotalMed could have had my back when I (former contractor) was treated horribly by their client Aspirus. They didn’t. TotalMed believed Aspirus without asking for my side of what happened. That put me off travel work for good.
I started my first contract with total med in September and extended for a second contract at the same facility. am now going on 15 weeks and total still haven’t fixed my 401k. Tre was very helpful to me getting a ticket in but other than that the company has yet to address this issue. Which is important and even though I’ve been working with them for a couple months now I have nothing contributed towards my retirement or matched. Also completed my first contract then suddenly had “time card issues” and had to backlog all my time cards for 13 weeks. My recruiter Tre has been great, but the company resources and ability to do things in a timely manner are not impressive.
