I started my first contract with total med in September and extended for a second contract at the same facility. am now going on 15 weeks and total still haven’t fixed my 401k. Tre was very helpful to me getting a ticket in but other than that the company has yet to address this issue. Which is important and even though I’ve been working with them for a couple months now I have nothing contributed towards my retirement or matched. Also completed my first contract then suddenly had “time card issues” and had to backlog all my time cards for 13 weeks. My recruiter Tre has been great, but the company resources and ability to do things in a timely manner are not impressive.

About Rachel Ganzer:

She seemed nice and spoke with intelligence. After our initial introductions or communication waned. I did take a vacation but we didn’t continue communications.

Offer highest rates possible given the pay rate for the contract first without me having to continuously question why the pay is less than other travelers at the same hospital. There is no money for TotalMed without my license and my work. Company transparency would be key.
