I like my recruiter a lot we have discussed what I want and agreed to put info on profile and look for jobs that me my needs and fit job criteria. He encouraged not to take anything that do not feel completely comfortable with instead wait to avoid being miserable in an assignment.

Jessica had been in touch for well over a year prior to my first contract with Total Med. She was an active part in each of my contract searches, until we finally clicked on one together. She frequently checked in to see how the facility was and how my experience was going. Even after I started my new contract, she was continuing to check in to see how I was doing. I'll definitely have Jessica be part of my next search for my Feb start!
