Nate is honestly the best recruiter hands down! He is kind and I feel genuinely cares for his travelers!! I was skeptical to switch agencies at first, but I can honestly say I would stay with Total Med for the entirety of my traveling career just to work with him. Nate worked so hard for my travel partner and I to land a contract we really wanted together, and has been such a help with the transition from onboarding to our first week on the floor! I wish every recruiter was as great as Nate is to work with!! 12/10 would recommend him!!
