This is my first travel assignment and although in the beginning it was challenging (to be expected), but I appreciate every obstacle we jumped to get a contract. Zach is a great communicator. About Zach Young:

He's awesome. Goes above and beyond. I have a terrible fear of heights and needed him to talk me over the Golden Gate bridge a couple times a week for the first few weeks of my assignment due to anxiety and panic while going over. Zach stepped right up with grace. He asked me engaging questions and kept my mind busy so I could get across that bridge without panicking. He didn't have to do that. He is kind and caring. I am very grateful to have him as my recruiter.
