Lori is amazing!!! She is so kind and caring and really goes above and beyond! She answered all of my questions and found answers for ones she wasn’t sure of. She is always polite and positive and I love working with her!
Lori.... She is absolutely incredible and honestly she is THE reason I stayed with Total Med! The process outside of her control was ridiculous! RIDICULOUS! I would have left Total Med Staffing as a contract employee if it had not been for Lori communicating with me literally at any time of the day or night. She was always so encouraging, polite, apologetic for the other departments involved in getting me into the facility/placement. Her customer service, manners, work ethic, etc went above and beyond the call of duty. Honestly, she is everything that the company SHOULD all be! THANK YOU beyond meaning to Lori!!!!!! You are worth more than you know! I truly appreciate you for everything you've done and the person you are!
Lori and the staff at TotalMed were very helpful. My time at Englewood was good. I would lke to limit any future contracts to smaller hospitals if possible.
