It's my first contract with this company and she's worked real hard with getting my assignment secured with all of the necessary paperwork etc. that was needed and in a timely manner as much as possible. We had a small hiccup in the beginning with Aya but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I like that she's not constantly messaging/calling me asking how I'm doing and how my assignment is going. She'll check up every now and then and that's what I prefer which is something we also talked about up front, what I liked. The team reminds me of things that are going to expire in advance. She fought to keep my rate the same and it did. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I hope it continues to stay that way.

My overall experience with Alex has been a pleasure. She has been with me every step of the way, down to even checking in on me on and after my first day. I loved that she was on top of everything, she answered all my questions, comments and concerns. If she didn't know the correct answers to my questions/concerns, she found out the correct answer and person to go to. I'm truly grateful for Alex and all that she does. I've had bad experiences with prior recruiters (different company) in the past and I have to give credit when credit is due. I will definitely be recommending her to anyone looking to start travel.
