I love to recruit because I love making a positive impact on people's lives. For me, this feels like the closest way to contribute and make a difference in healthcare without being hands on. I also enjoy the connections I make and helping nurses accomplish their goals.

Hailey is a glorious individual. She was at my side through every placement and remained available regardless the circumstances. I felt supported and respected the entire time I was a traveler with Total Med. The only reason I left was because I found a Nicu home where the atmosphere was conducive to professional growth and financial stability in an amazing location where I feel safe and comfortable.
