Hi there, I'm Hailey! I hail from small town Indiana. Most people have never heard of the town, but then I say "Covered Bridge Festival" and that's all it takes. I attended the University of Southern Indiana and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration. Following college, I started my career as a Travel Nurse Recruiter and decided to make Evansville, IN my home for about 4 years. I recently moved to Nashville, TN to try out something fresh and new. I take on music city with my mini Goldendoodle, Quincy, and so far it's our favorite place.

In my free time I enjoy working out, binge watching Law & Order, and hanging out with my friends. I absolutely love Karaoke, but it's a "listen at your own risk" type of thing. I'm addicted to sour candy, cookies, and coffee, and I'm known for laughing at my own jokes and single handedly keeping Dominos in business!

Fun Fact About Me: I originally went to school for nursing, but psyched myself out and changed my major.

I love to recruit because I love making a positive impact on people's lives. For me, this feels like the closest way to contribute and make a difference in healthcare without being hands on. I also enjoy the connections I make and helping nurses accomplish their goals.

When I decided to become a travel nurse I never set out to form an allegiance to any particular travel nurse recruiter. My plan was to explore all of my options and even enroll with multiple companies….. until I encountered Total Med and realized some companies have exceptional recruiters that make the difference. I started with Kim and was amazed at the attention she granted me at every step and when she informed me she was leaving, panic set in and I considered leaving for another company but Hailey came along and gave me the exact exemplary service and support that Kim provided and faith restored, I’m never leaving Total Med…… Hailey and I are a team for life
