Ellen was great. Even though there were a number of issues with my onboarding process with getting my clearance from occ health, she was very transparent and easy to communicate with. Have given out her number to a few friends already.

Ellen and I initially had trouble connecting with each other. But now that we have gotten together, she's the best! She listens to what I have to say, sends lots of encouragement and was just as excited as I when I got my first contract!!!! She's great!

Ellen was super personable, easy to contact, and I felt she truly advocated for me! She remained professional while also feeling like a friend rooting for me! The staff member who I worked with for compliance did not set clear due dates and had no explanation as to why my start date was pushed back when all my documents had been submitted.
