I think everything that could go wrong, went wrong from the beginning of my compliance process to the very end. Curtis was so responsive, easy to talk to, and understand of all the difficulties we faced. I wish the communication within the Total Med departments was better because not only was my start date delayed, it was not completed correctly. Curtis did was he could but definitely had many hiccups within other areas of compliance. Christina needs to be properly oriented and improve her communication with her clients. I felt I was chasing her down for updates constantly. I consistently took my concerns to Curtis (who did what he could) but was not always able to help. I missed several days of work and had to call in sick more than once in order to fulfill the requirements Total Med needed. I truly pray that no other nurses have to experience what I experienced during my contract.
