Why I love to recruit
I have always had a passion to help take care of people. I worked in a group home doing patient care when I was in college and I have seen first hand how a caregiver can change someone's life. The best part about being a recruiter is I get to support amazing caregiver's while they achieve their financial and career goals. In addition, I also get to make sure patients are getting the best care from the best nurses. I am passionate in my pursuit to make peoples lives change for the better.
