Well, mostly it has been a smooth process. There have been some bumps along the way. The first compliance person I worked with who was quitting so I got lost in the shuffle and didn't get any reply from her. I had to reach out to Tre to have my compliance contact person switched to a someone else. For a smoother start date, I would create group emails with everyone involved to confirm the correct start date, initial schedule, and I would suggest giving the full name of the initial contact person on day one along with the phone number. Otherwise everything has been as expected this far.
