I have been in several industries over my work experience, and being a recruiter is honestly one of the best experiences and jobs I've ever had! I feel truly honored to work with those in healthcare, as I believe caregivers are truly magical people! I love having the chance to meet people from so many different backgrounds and learn how I can best serve them! I couldn't imagine doing anything else, and I continue working as a recruiter because of my caregivers!

I hope to create a relationship where I and a caregiver are on a level that you feel comfortable and that I am being truly transparent with you! I enjoy getting to know each caregiver I meet, & have the chance to be there for you through whatever you might need! Whether it's today, 3 months from now, or next year!

Why I love to recruit
Honestly, it's because of the caregivers. I truly love my company and the amazing team I work with, but it's my caregivers who keep me working so hard. I want to advocate for my nurses because I truly value them! I deal well under pressure, I'm always on my toes, and I love how each person works in a different specialty and wants to work in a different place! More so, I have a wildly crazy ADHD brain and love how every person needs something different! Although most get to know me feel I have such a busy life with a family, I always make time for my caregivers!! I am always here to help on weekends, and even available in the evenings! I want you to know I am there when you need me the most and know I can help! I believe in helping you as a caregiver, learn the ins and outs of the assignments so you can feel confident in finding the right fit!

When I'm not working I like to
I'm a mom to 5 kiddos (4 boys, and 1 girl) and have been married for 19 years to my better half, John. I have 2 Dobermans, and 2 sweet cats -- and truly enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones. I love to travel, but I also enjoy a good weekend spent watching movies and playing games!
