I was working with another agency when I responded to a posting Dawson had, I was going to submit with her but my other agency was able to get the same posting. I let Dawson know and she was super kind about that. It stuck out so when I didn’t get the job I reached back out to Dawson. I’ve been so happy that I did! She gets the job done. She is attentive, responsive always answers questions via text and phone calls in a VERY timely manner. She is so easy to work with and understands what I’m looking for. I know my time will end with Total Med but she will definitely be my MidWest recruiter for all future jobs! I’m hoping by the end of my assignment nothing changes and we can continue a great working relationship. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed I am with Dawson and so happy I stumbled upon her!
