Aaron has been a wonderful recruiter! He's been very helpful and encouraging through this whole process and I have enjoyed working with him. This is only my second travel assignment and although I worked with Aaron while looking for my first assignment, a different opportunity came up with a different company, but despite not signing my first contract with him he continued to check in and see how I was doing which I really appreciated! About Dawson Snow:

You know what makes a fantastic recruiter? Compassion, consistency, and communication. Dawson excelled each these attributes! I had a couple set-backs with the compliance department and she was on top of it to meet my needs. When I was first looking for travel assignments, she knew I was juggling between agencies. Did she blow me off due to my indecisiveness? Absolutely not! Dawson is the reason I decided to go with TotalMed. She is genuine which I find extremely satisfying. She wants the best for you and will work her tail off. She is full of knowledge and is so easy to talk to.
