I’ve been working with Tre for well over a year now and he has done a very good job responding back to questions/concerns, etc, and is always supportive.
From my personal travel nurse experience, I have worked with major companies across the United States for emergency nursing contracts at trauma I and trauma II centers. That said, I have enough leverage to compare different agencies, and the agents that work for them, against each other in job security, placement, timely communication, ethics, and overall travel nurse satisfaction. Morgan has been my #1 choice out of all of my contract agreements. She not only makes sure that you are in a comfortable setting prior to engaging in your first week, but regularly follows up with you to make sure you are being treated the expectation you desired upon signing with the company and work volume with the given hospital. I highly recommend this agent to any new or experienced travel nurse wishing you work for an expectational organization like TotalMed.
It's my first contract with this company and she's worked real hard with getting my assignment secured with all of the necessary paperwork etc. that was needed and in a timely manner as much as possible. We had a small hiccup in the beginning with Aya but it didn't take away from the overall experience. I like that she's not constantly messaging/calling me asking how I'm doing and how my assignment is going. She'll check up every now and then and that's what I prefer which is something we also talked about up front, what I liked. The team reminds me of things that are going to expire in advance. She fought to keep my rate the same and it did. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I hope it continues to stay that way.
