Well, mostly it has been a smooth process. There have been some bumps along the way. The first compliance person I worked with who was quitting so I got lost in the shuffle and didn't get any reply from her. I had to reach out to Tre to have my compliance contact person switched to a someone else. For a smoother start date, I would create group emails with everyone involved to confirm the correct start date, initial schedule, and I would suggest giving the full name of the initial contact person on day one along with the phone number. Otherwise everything has been as expected this far.
Dorene has been great! She took over as my recruiter while my original recruiter has been out, and it has worked out very well. She is very communicative, which I appreciate, and always gets back to me quickly! It has been an overal improvement!
