Jake is the epitome of a consummate professional. In this day and age, time is a valuable commodity; Jake was lightning quick with every issue that came up. One excellent attribute that showed through time and again, was how he anticipated the next difficulty that lay before me, and then gave me a brief description of the potential problem and best strategy to overcome said problem. Communication via text, email and phone calls were seamlessly integrated and as timely as could be.
So, enough about his proficiency. I have not touched base on his strongest point. Jake has been one of the most enjoyable guys I have met in a long time. At no time did he seem stressed or distracted. Good humor, quick with a laugh, and never rushed. I really had the feeling that I was his one and only client, and friend as well.
